What are the shipping options available?I offer standard tracked shipping. Your order will either be shipped as an envelope, a mailbox package, or one of our three sizes bigger packages, automatically selected upon checkout.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?As a one-person operation, I ship orders around once a month or sooner if possible. Adding to this the shipping times vary per country and can range from 1 to 20 working days. You can find a table with all the shipping times per country here. This means that packing and shipping your order may take longer than what you may be used to with larger corporations. Your patience is appreciated. If you choose to make a pre-order, the processing time may be even longer.

How can I track my order?Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing an international tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment.

What do you charge for shipping?I charge a standard shipping fee for all orders, which differs per country. A table with the standard shipping costs can be found here. For customers in the Netherlands I also offer free shipping for orders over €75.

Do you offer international shipping?Yes! I am able to ship to most countries worldwide, but shipping to the following countries is unavailable: Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Ecuador, Honduras, Laos, Libya, Nauru, North Korea, Russia, Saint Lucia, Solomon Islands, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Yemen.

What is your return policy?If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?You have 14 days to return your order after receiving it. To start the return process, please contact me at info@racingbabez.com within this time frame. When contacting me, please provide your name, the date of purchase, the order number, and the item(s) you would like to return. After contacting, you can then send the item(s) back to the address provided by me. The full return procedure can be found here.

Are there any items that are non-returnable or non-exchangeable?No, as long as they are unused and in their original condition.

How long does it take to process a return?Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly process a full refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you originally used. Shipping costs are not refunded. If the item shows signs of damage or a decrease in value, you may be held responsible for a reduced refund amount.

Will I be charged for return shipping?Yes. The return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer.

What payment methods do you accept?For payments, I use the online payment programs Stripe and PayPal. Stripe offers both iDEAL and Credit Card payment. PayPal offers its own PayPal payment method.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?On checkout, you will see a field where you can enter your discount code. Apply the code and the discount will automatically be calculated.

What sizes do your products come in?Our apparel comes in a range of sizes. T-shirts as well as sweaters and hoodies are available in sizes S to 2XL.

How do I care for my Racing Babez apparel?Shirts: Machine wash at a maximum of 30°C. Tumble dry at low temperature. Iron inside out to protect the design. Wash before wearing. Hoodies: Machine wash at a maximum of 30°C. Tumble dry at low temperature. Do not iron. Wash before wearing. Totes: Machine wash at a maximum of 40°C. Do not tumble dry. Iron inside out to protect the design. Wash before wearing. Stationery: No particular care instructions.

Are your products true to size?Yes. All products are standard and unisex.

Can I customize my order?No, I don't offer customizable options (yet).

What materials are used in your products?T-Shirts: Made of 100% jersey cotton for quality and durability, weighing 185g/m². Hoodies: Made from a blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester, weighing 270g/m². Totes: Made of 67% recycled cotton, 30% recycled polyester, and 3% other fibers to ensure environmental sustainability. All other products: Birthday cards, keychains, stickers, caps, and art prints are made from various high-quality materials.

Founded by a real racing enthusiast, my journey is a testament to empowerment and style. Inspired by my own journey as a racing enthusiast, I created this brand to fill a gap in the market and offer stylish and inclusive racing apparel for female motorsports fans. Where are your products manufactured?Racing Babez is located in the Netherlands. All clothing, totes, and caps are made by an external manufacturer from the Netherlands. All other products are made by myself.
